ABOUT JUMPIN’ JOEY’S

Jumpin’ Joey’s mission is to be the safest, cleanest, & best entertainment facility in the Springfield area! Jumpin’ Joey’s is home to seven LARGE inflatables including one that is designated just for toddlers & a PIRATE SHIP! Everyone loves to JUMP! We also have a arcade games, shuffleboard, & air hockey. Concessions are available.

All of our lifeguards (the people who monitor activities in the warehouse) are equiped with whistles. Our Outback Warehouse offers a variety of inflatables manufactured by Magic Jump, Inc. and all units meet ASTM guidelines on amusement rides and devices. We can not prevent every injury, but our company takes your child’s safety very seriously.

Birthday Parties are our speciality! We love the celebating these special times with our guests! We offer a variety of packages to fit most family budgets. During the party, our friendly kangaroo mascot, JOEY, will visit your child for some extra memorable times. Signed waiver & socks required. Each child is given an id number to match with their parent/guardian. This is checked by one of our staff members before exiting the facility.

Safety is our primary concern. Before the child’s fun begins. All children are given an id number corresponding to their guardian, which are matched upon checking out of our facility. At that time, jumpers are debriefed with our safety rules. Click here for Safety Rule and/or Liability Waiver posted online.
We have many restrictions with this question. You may bring in your own cake or cupcakes but they must be purchased at a store. Additionally, the cake must be in a party room which is $65 for the first hour ($35 for the 2nd hour) plus the cost of each jumper. The $65 room fee includes 1 gallon of juice or punch and cups. You are asked to provide your own paper products & utensils with this arrangement. ABSOLUTELY NO CAKE IS PERMITTED IN THE OUTBACK WAREHOUSE WITH THE INFLATABLES. CAKES MUST BE CONTAINED in one of our designated party rooms. RESERVATION for party room is required. Absolutely no homemade baked goods are permitted. This will not change the cost of your party. No other outside/food or beverages are allowed.
No, the owner (who has a strong background in Public Health) firmly believes that children should not be given carbonated beverages. We do, however, have individual soda’s available for purchase on site.
No. We are not a licensed daycare facility. We are a FAMILY Entertainment Center. We have cable television hooked up so parents may watch their sports events on site. WIFI is available if you would like to shop on line. You are still responsible for your child’s actions.
We do have corporate discounts. Identification is required to recieve this. Please call or arrange this with your Human Resource Director on how to qualify. Currently, MERCY employees (parents only) recieve a 15% discount for any birthday party and must be mentioned at the time of booking. Please bring in an item or 2 for the Humane Society.

The local owners of Jumpin’ Joey’s work closely with the Humane Society. Please bring in items to donate to the Humane Society of Southwest Springfield and we will take a dollar ($1) off each open jump admission. Ie: Liquid Hand soap, bath towels (used but clean), bottle of bleach, Science Diet Dog/Cat food. JUMP FOR A GOOD CAUSE!

Yes. All of our Jumpin’ Joey’s Lifeguards are High School Students with college plans or currently attending a local college/university. They would greatly appreciate your generousity!
Party reservations are dependant upon availability. We can not guareentee any time without the non-refundable $50 deposit. We need a minimum of 7 days notice for any party. As of Jan 2014 we are booking 3 to 4 weeks in advance for most parties.
Sorry, NO outside food is allowed unless you have purchased a birthday party package (outside food is limited to the store purchased cake only for the birthday party packages!) or reserve one of our party rooms. If ANY outside food or beverage is brought into our facility (other than the store purchased cake with reserved party) with a party package any discount is thereby created null in void.
First off, you will be assigned a LARGE party room for 2 FULL HOURS. SERVICE EXCELLENCE is our team motto. Parents and jumpers to come and go in and out of the inflatable warehouse. As guests check-in at our Outback foyer, parents are asked to sign a liablility waiver, given a security number, and we explain a few safety rules. Next, the JUMPING FUN begins! Your little tots get their jump on for 60 minutes. Then, the pizzas arrive. We will assist you in gathering your attendees into one of our large party rooms. Cupcakes with a Happy Birthday sing-along. Attendees are asked to remain in the room while the birthday child opens his/hers gifts. A host/hostess will write a gift registry for you. Finally, the kids get their jump on again the rest of the PARTY. During this time, our friendly kangaroo, JOEY, will make an appearance on your child’s special day!
At 7 PM on Friday night, we will dim the lights for JUMPIN’ JOEY GLOW Night! This activity is available upon request for groups of 10 or more jumpers. Cost is just 7.99 per jumper! JOIN the JUMPING FUN and let your light shine!
Adult jumpers place a great deal of pressure on our equipment intended for child use. Although our equipment is high quality, the inflatables are unable to sustain this amount of weight for a single jumper. A weight limit of 165 lbs has been placed on our jumpers. Additionally, anyone 13 or older, who is on our equipment for any reason, will be asked to pay the open jump rate.
Yes, the cost is $20 per guest. We have a minimum requirement of at least 25 jumpers. The start time is at our normal closing time and all lock in attendees are asked to be picked up by 8 AM. Advanced payment is required 2 weeks ahead of time.
